United States Delivery

For eligible requests, delivery from hexclad is limited to eligible United States addresses. As part of this policy, standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase requirement stated in this policy.

Processing and Transit

In keeping with our published standards, the standard processing period is 1–2 business days prior to shipment. Where applicable, standard delivery generally requires 4–6 business days in transit after the order ships.

Shipment Visibility

For eligible requests, tracking information is provided when the order ships so customers can follow delivery progress. Consistent with these terms, carrier scans, severe weather, address problems, and other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect estimates.

Customer Responsibilities

In keeping with our published standards, please confirm the delivery address at checkout and notify customer service quickly about a possible error. Where applicable, requests received before shipment may be cancelled, while shipped orders are handled through the Refund Policy.
